This will include everything except the electrical and mechanical parts.
According to the meeting sources, the decision to convert Ganabhaban into the ‘July Mass Uprising Memorial Museum’ was approved in the advisory council meeting on December 24 last year. The museum may be inaugurated on August 5.

In addition, the contractor for the construction part will be The Civil Engineers Limited. The cost for this has been estimated at Tk 700.37 crore.
Finance Advisor Salehuddin Ahmed also told reporters that due to inconsistencies, the agreements related to the Independent Power Plant (IPP) during the Awami League government will be reviewed. The Finance Advisor said that some agreements related to the IPP were made during the previous government. There were many inconsistencies in it. So it has been decided to review them.
The financial advisor said, there are many foreign companies here. There are instructions from the High Court to review their contracts. For that, it will be done through discussions. For that, legal assistance is needed. The proposal has been approved to do that. There are legal issues there; nothing can be done unilaterally.
